Born in Los Angeles, CA. Raised in Michigan. Lived in Arizona eight years, re-locating (back) to Michigan one year ago. Chemist and Engineer by profession; photographer by passion. Avid photographer since 1983. Shot 35mm exclusively (2 Minolta X700 bodies, Minolta SRT 101 body, 28mm, 50mm, 80-200mm and 135mm lenses) up until 1994 when purchased Mamiya 645 Pro.
