Welcome to my website. The pictures in these collections are a culmination of years of lugging heavy camera equipment over
   mountains, through forests and across streams and deserts. They are my effort to share the wonders of nature that I have seen
   and have been continually amazed by.  I hope you enjoy them.  New photos will be added so keep checking back.  Check out the 
   "Recent Photo" section for the latest images.

   I recommend for the best viewing in Internet Explorer that you press "F11" on your keyboard. This should  give you a full 
   screen.  To exit full screen press "F11" again. If you do not have a high speed internet connection you will find that some graphic 
   files can take a long time to load, so please be patient.

   Please keep in mind that computer monitors vary greatly in the way they display color, detail, tonal depth and the size of the image
   on the screen. Also, this site uses JavaScript "dropdown" navigation menus. If you do not have JavaScript installed or have turned it
   off you will not be able to use this function. You can always enter the galleries by clicking on the thumbnail photos at the bottom of
   this page. 

   Most of my photos on this website are available for sale.  If you are interested in purchasing a photograph you can contact me

   I now use a digital camera exclusively but many of the images on this site were created scanned images of slide film. More
   information on the equipment and techniques I use is in the "Technical Information" section.

   I am not necessarily a photo "purist". I use Photoshop to make my images reflect the scene as I saw it and to evoke the same
   emotions in the viewer that inspired me to take the photo. This may require some editing, but not what I would consider "altering".  
   In some sections of this site, such as the gallery I call "Altered Nature",  I intentionally combine images to make new ones. These
   instances will be clearly called out.

   Lastly, everyone has a unique point of view when it comes to photography. To see other "points of view" check out the
  "Guest Photographer" section. This gallery allows other photographers to share their impressive photographs on this site.
