This site is dedicated to the guys that served at NAVRADSTA Isabela, Puerto Rico. For many of  us these were some of the best years of our lives....tropical climate, swimming and surfing at Jobo Beach, camping at Lake Guajataca, the city of San Juan.  I was a Radioman and also the semi-official photographer at the site from September 1968 through August of 1970. Being the photographer, I have loads of photographs taken during this time which I will share some with you now. Hopefully, these photos will bring back memories of a great place at a great time.  Contact me if you were stationed there during these years.

After leaving Isabela  in 1970 I served on the USS Valcour (AGF-1), homeport Bahrain in the Persian Gulf.
